Spreading Awareness of Down Payment Assistance

Down Payment Assistance programs provide homeowners with free money (Grants and forgivable loans) towards the purchase of a home. with various income and location limits. 

These programs are administered on a State and Local level. 

Survey Data taken by Fannie Mae showed that 1/4 of consumers were unaware of DPA programs. 

I take it upon myself to be sure that that this survey data improves - especially among young minority communities.
